Walkthrough
0/5-
1Approach the hospital
You infil on a wooded hill above Expressway No. 1. The hospital marker is roughly 300m away down a dirt track. Check the trench bunker near the spawn on the way. It usually has a spare weapon and some loot.
-
2Find General Kang
Kang is lying in one of the darker patient rooms in the wards. Work through the unlit corridors and look into each doorway. Expect regular soldiers only, no elites. The green medical bags in here hold Chemicals, Bandages and Biomaterials, which also count toward Triage Protocol.
-
3Move General Kang to safety
Grab his hospital bed and push it through the corridors past the Operating Room. Whoever is pushing can't really fight, so in a squad one player pushes and the other two clear the rooms ahead. Stop pushing as soon as shots start, deal with the threat, then keep going.
-
4Wait for the elevators to open
Park the bed at the lobby elevators and a progress bar starts. This is the toughest wave of the mission. Wedge the bed against a wall or pillar so it can only be approached from one side, then fight outward. A "Secure Lost Supply Drop" side op appears around this point. Ignore it until Kang is safe. Some runs route through two elevators: take the one marked 2 down first, then cross the main lobby past the food court to the one marked 1.
-
5Secure General Kang in the exfil chopper
Ride up and push the bed out onto the roof helipad, then up the rear ramp of the helicopter. The mission completes the moment Kang is inside.
Tips & pitfalls
- Ammo is the real limit here. Swap to enemy weapons as they drop, and drop an Ammo Box at the elevators if you have one.
- Don't rush the bed. A bed jammed in a hallway with enemies on both sides is how most runs fail.
- The 30:00 radiation timer is tight solo, so keep moving between waves.
- You don't need to finish the Human Intel orders first. The mission can be launched any time from Deploy.
Rewards

Some players see a smaller "Story Mission Payout" (around 5,000) on the after-action screen. Check your Bank before and after the run to see what you actually got.
