Civil Service is the second task on Page 13 of the MW4 DMZ Orders (The Grid 2/2). To finish it you need to enter NuriGO Mall, locate City Hall and extract with the Financial Ledger Fragments from the 2nd floor of City Hall. Complete every task on the page to collect 20,000 DMZ Cash, Recon Equipment Kit, Operator Rescue Beacon and Weapon Insurance Contract. The page wraps up with Operation Grid Assault.

Objectives
0/3How to complete Civil Service
- Head into NuriGO Mall to tick the first objective.
- City Hall is the large building just south of the mall (around grid H6), across the street from DBN Headquarters.
- Go up to the 2nd floor. The fragments are reported to be on a table in a meeting room.
- Grab the Financial Ledger Fragments and exfil with them.
Tips & pitfalls
- Lieutenant Roze spawns at DBN Headquarters across the street. Avoid making noise on that side.
- Do this before Operation Grid Assault, since the mission sends you into the same district.
