Eye in the Sky is the first task on Page 8 of the MW4 DMZ Orders (Underground 1/2). To finish it you need to commandeer a SAM Site, shoot down a cargo-carrying chopper and loot a crate from the downed chopper. Complete every task on the page to collect 20,000 DMZ Cash, DDOS recipe, Decoy Grenade recipe and Night Vision Goggles recipe.

How to complete Eye in the Sky

  1. Pick a SAM site. Imjin Farmland works well, and Deadtown has a Low-threat one on its south-west edge by the gas station.
  2. Kill the guards around the launcher.
  3. Use the laptop on the launcher to start the capture. A CAPTURE TIME bar appears under Side-Ops.
  4. Hold the area until the bar fills. Enemy trucks will roll in to contest it.
  5. Stay near the site after the capture. The SAM shoots down a cargo chopper on its own.
  6. Go to where the crate lands (from Imjin Farmland it falls down the slope toward the Hajin River) and loot it.

Tips & pitfalls

  • Stepping into the nearby sheds pauses the capture timer. Stay in the open zone.
  • Other squads can see the crash. Loot fast and move.
